How to unlock World Circuit – Beat the Major Circuit Championship mode to unlock the World Circuit mode.
How to unlock Title Defence Mode – Beat Minor, Major, and the World Circuit and you will open the Title Defence mode. All the previous fighters you beaten previously will come back for revenge and they have new fighting patterns and style.
How to unlock Last Stand mode – Beat Mr. Sandman while in Title Defense mode and you will unlock Last Stand mode.
How to unlock Champions mode – Beat ten opponents in Last Stand mode and you will unlock the Champions mode.
How to unlock the Red headgear – Get beat for a total of 100 times while in single mode and you will unlock the red headgear. The headgear protects you from punches.
Get your Strength back – While in between fighting rounds alternatively press the Plus and Minus, do that repeatedly until a chime sound is heard. This will increase your health to begin the next round.
How to Unlock Donkey Kong – You will need to beat Donkey Kong in Last Stand mode and Donkey Kong will be playable in only Exhibition mode.
How to unlock Character audio – Complete the 3 challenges in the Exhibition mode and you will unlock the characters audio sound gallery.
Never Lose – When you’re in Career mode and you’re about to lose a fight press “Plus” and choose “Restart” to replay the match. You will not be marked with a loss, repeat when necessary.

Nintendo Punch Out website has revealed a new fighter coming soon. Who is this new fighter and was he from previous Punch Out games? Could it be Aran Ryan from the SNES version?
Looks like there will be no DLC love for Wii Punch Out so don’t get all excited about replay value here.
